The Student Executive Board (BEM) serves as a platform for students to develop themselves beyond academic activities. Through this organization, students learn leadership, teamwork, event management, and actively participate in various social, cultural, and national initiatives alongside students from other universities across Indonesia.
In addition, BEM regularly organizes seminars, training sessions, public discussions, social services, and awareness campaigns. The purpose of these activities is to shape students who are not only excellent academically but also compassionate, proactive, and capable of contributing meaningfully to society. By joining BEM, students have the opportunity to become agents of change who create positive impacts both within and beyond the campus environment.

As the President of BEM USU, I would like to extend my warmest greetings to all students and visitors with a spirit of gratitude and collaboration. The establishment of this website represents our commitment to realizing transparency, openness of information, and strong collaboration between BEM, student organizations (ORMAWA), and the entire academic community.
With the vision of “Collaborative Reform for the Advancement of USU Students and Society,” BEM USU is determined to build a synergistic, harmonious, and high-quality organizational environment; to strengthen communication among student organizations; to ensure transparent and accountable governance; to facilitate academic, interest, and talent development; and to uphold students’ rights through various strategic issues and sustainable community service initiatives.
Through flagship programs such as SI BEM as a central hub for student information, BEM Connect to strengthen inter-organizational relations, Rumah Prestasi dan Beasiswa (House of Achievement and Scholarship) to encourage academic potential development, BEM In Action as a tangible form of advocacy and social contribution, and Culture Fast to enliven campus life through the spirit of culture and student creativity — we hope that this platform will become an inspiring space for all students to collaborate, contribute, and move together in creating greater benefits for both the campus and society.
